摘要：In this talk, we pay our attention to the influence of convection on the propagation of disturbances in multi-dimensional space, and we are quite interested in specified orientated convection, namely the convection with counteracting diffusion and the convection with promoting diffusion.

摘要：In this talk, we will present some results on the mathematical analysis of nematic liquid crystals in recent years, mainly about the unique continuation for stationary and dynamical Q-tensor system, and the global well-posedness and large time behavior of solutions to the incompressible nematic liquid crystals system in the half space of three dimensions subject to some smallness assumptions on $L^3$ norms.

In this talk, we will introduce the progress about the global classical solution of compressible Navier-stokes equations with vacuum, which includes the results on cases of one dimension, spherical symmetry in multi-dimensions, and multi-dimensions. This is a joint work with Huanyao Wen.
